		<description>Sounds like a good tip.  :-)  With the rice noodles, they absorb moisture very easily.  They cook much faster than standard pasta, in fact some of the formulations recommend boiling the water and turning it off when you add the pasta, and just letting them stand for 5-10 mins.  After 45 minutes of cooking they were perfect.</description>

		<description>Here&#039;s a tip for the no-cooking of the noodles: assemble the lasagne the night before, and let it soak in the fridge overnight before baking. Sometimes that helps with the texture (and also lets the flavors &quot;meld&quot; a bit before baking).</description>
